TERMS & POLICIES

  1. A minimum deposit of $140 to book a session
  2. Session setup time will be counted towards the billable length of the session
  3. Payment is by cash, credit card or check (if payment by check it must clear before any files will be released)
  4. A minimum of 3 hours per session
  5. Studio time will be billed for the first three hours (if time used is under two hours) then in one hour increments thereafter
  6. For large sessions a 50% deposit of the entire session will be due
  7. Time starts promptly at the start time of the session so please arrive on time. You can arrive up to 15 minutes prior to the start of the session
  8. The full deposit applied to the session if re-booking is done 72 hours prior to the start of the session
  9. If session is canceled in under 72 hours deposit is forfeited
  10. All sessions must be paid for in full at the end of the session day
  11. All payments are final and are non-refundable
  12. Illegal drug use and intoxication is not allowed at A-Room Studios
  13. If you appear to be under the use of drugs or are publicly intoxicated (including yourself and people you bring with you) you will be asked to leave
  14. All masters and files will be withheld from the client until balance is paid in full!
