TERMS & POLICIES
- A minimum deposit of $140 to book a session
- Session setup time will be counted towards the billable length of the session
- Payment is by cash, credit card or check (if payment by check it must clear before any files will be released)
- A minimum of 3 hours per session
- Studio time will be billed for the first three hours (if time used is under two hours) then in one hour increments thereafter
- For large sessions a 50% deposit of the entire session will be due
- Time starts promptly at the start time of the session so please arrive on time. You can arrive up to 15 minutes prior to the start of the session
- The full deposit applied to the session if re-booking is done 72 hours prior to the start of the session
- If session is canceled in under 72 hours deposit is forfeited
- All sessions must be paid for in full at the end of the session day
- All payments are final and are non-refundable
- Illegal drug use and intoxication is not allowed at A-Room Studios
- If you appear to be under the use of drugs or are publicly intoxicated (including yourself and people you bring with you) you will be asked to leave
- All masters and files will be withheld from the client until balance is paid in full!
